Multiplayer in Halo 3 has taken most of us away, but Bungie does not stop there. Bungie just announced that the campaign coop mode is capable of player up to 4 players over Xbox Live or System Link.
There is only one Master Chief in the game, so there will be 3 other characters available for the coop.
The other characters available are the Arbiter, from Halo 2, and 2 other Covenant Elites.
Bungie has introduced them as N’tho ‘Sraom and Usze ‘Taham. N’tho is the youngest member of the Special Operations unit, while Usze is the descendants a respectable fighter in the game era.
Every player will have identical abilities, weapons and appearances are the only differences. The Elites will start off with carbines instead of battle rifles.

Wondering how the famous Halo’s Master Chief looks like? It has been years since the first Halo on Xbox, but no one has seen his face. Youtube’s fan might have seen this video, so I will like to share this with those who have not seen it yet.
An executive in Microsoft has leaked the release date of the much anticipated sequel to the Halo series, Halo 3.
According to this source, Halo 3 is set to release on November 15 2007, exclusively on Xbox 360.

Halo 3 may shipped in 3 editions, the Legendary edition, the Limited edition and the regular edition.
The Legendary edition will includes three bonus discs of extra content and a collectible replica of a Spartan Mjolnir Mark VI helmet (below).
The limited edition will includes special content and while the regular edition just gives you the game.
Pricing of the the Legendary, Limited and regular edition may be at 99.99, 69.99 and 59.99. Weird pricing, but I guess if there are 3 editions the pricing should be around these prices.
The new Halo 3 trailer is released online by the game developer, at Xbox Live Marketplace. The trailer is on the game page of Halo 3. You need to enter your birthday in order to watch the video. I think this is due to the ESRB rating on the game.
Registration for Halo 3 beta is now on, at Halo Official Website. Currently the beta is for North American gamers only. The European Halo 3 beta will start next Spring.
